grade polyvinyl acetal self-adhesive coated round copper magnet wire uses round copper conductor as the wire core and is covered with polyvinyl acetal self-adhesive coating film insulation. It is suitable for various electrical equipment and electronic components.

Insulating Material

The conductor shall be coated with a dual film. The underlying coating

is based on a blend of polyvinyl acetal and phenolic resins .

 The superimposed coating is based on resins that are self-bonding in character.
