Class 220 Polyester Overcoated with Polyamideimide Film-Insulated Round Copper Magnet Wire

Polyester (Amide)(Imide) Overcoated with Polyamideimide Film-Insulated Round Copper Magnet Wire Thermal Class 220. The wire consists of a copper conductor coated with polyester insulation and a top layer of polyamideimide (PAI) film for enhanced performance, especially at elevated temperatures.

Double Insulation Layer
Polyester: Provides base-level insulation with good electrical and mechanical properties.
Polyamideimide (PAI) Overcoat: Enhances resistance to heat, chemicals, and abrasion. It also improves the wire’s performance in high-friction or tough environments.
